I guess I was doing it all wrong

My child is entirely savvy when it comes to computers & websites, as most are.

He was also typical with HVAC since I had owned the local HVAC company since before he was even born.

I asked his if he would look at our online ads & tell myself and others what he actually thought. A minute later, he brought his iPad out to the home office & had myself and others sit. My kid told myself and others our ads were ineffectual & why. The first thing he said I had to change was incorporating the name of the company, a website address, & an iPhone number, so people could contact me. She thought it would be best if there was an official website that not only offered information about the company, however had a handy FAQs page, plus a page where people could sign up for information, or possibly to sign up as a brand new customer. Then both of us had to attach a link to our ads that would take them to the sign up page. He really wanted to attach the sign up to a list that would be sent to me, & the people would easily get an automatic thank you for signing up, plus a question about how they found the official website. She said this change in web design would allow myself and others to see exactly how many people used ads, & how many just came across us on a search. I never once realized how smart our child was.
