The new HVAC system that broke down on the first night

I had purchased a property about 6 months before and so I had spent the better half of winter and fall, renovating the entire property.

It was now time to install the heating and a/c systems.

I had researched the different companies and suppliers as well as brands to see which unit would be the most ideal for my house and also the most efficient. I had settled on the zoned HVAC which I got at a very good rate, it also came with a wireless thermostat, which I thought was cool. The cooling workman came to my premises at around 11 AM and went to work installing the central air conditioning. To help with indoor comfort, the cooling specialist decided the HEPA filter would be the best at trapping the air pollutant and debris that sometimes accumulate in the air duct. The work was complete in three hours and I was advised to have the cooling unit go through the HVAC service at least once a year. That night, I spent the night at the house, though it was unfinished because it got too late to leave. In the middle of the summer night heat, the new HVAC system just went dead. I did revive it. Surely it did not need quality AC services since it and the cooling equipment was new. I contacted the technicians who diagnosed the issues as a loosely bolted vent. They profusely apologized as they headed to their next job of installing a commercial air conditioning system. They even gave me a complimentary first tune-up for the inconvenience. This redeemed their reputation and made me change the review I was planning on writing on their website.
