When my husbandy and I found out that the ductless A/C component in the garage needed to be replaced, both of us called a couple of odd places to get estimates, and the A/C repair company wanted to charge a large amount for the replacement services, however my husbandy found a guy online that just started his own business. The guy was licensed, bonded, and insured. He was willing to install a ductless A/C for a much lower fee. My husbandy made an appointment with the guy and both of us purchased the machine from the hardware store. The two of us were ready Tuesday morning when the A/C replacement supplier was scheduled to arrive. The guy seemed entirely friendly and he started working on the job entirely quickly; Unfortunately, halfway through the job, the guy tried to change the price of the job. He told my husbandy that it was going to be much more labor-intensive than he anticipated, so he was going to need to charge us an extra $200. My husbandy was totally and completely caught off guard; She did not recognize what to say to the guy, so he called me, and i talked to the replacement supplier on the iphone. I told the guy that he could leave now if Case thought both of us were going to pay more currency for the A/C replacement job. The two of us agreed on a price and both of us had a contract. If he was unwilling to honor the contract, after that both of us were going to have an legitimately odd problem. Thankfully, the guy backed down when I mentioned the signed contract. He completed the replacement for the agreed upon price.
