I found the repair supplier working on the oil furnace and I started yelling
When the weather starts to get colder, it’s time to have a repair tune up performed on the oil furnace. My husband and I have an older house and the oil furnace is equally aged; When the weather gets colder, both of us always think about having a repair tune-up performed on the oil furnace. This year, it got cold in the middle of November. The two of us had a choice of snow on Halloween, for the first time in 20 years. My husband and I scheduled a repair tune up for last Tuesday. The two of us use the same company that has serviced our oil furnace for the past 10 years. It was cold, rainy, and wet on Tuesday, and I thought about rescheduling the appointment for another day. When the supplier arrived, he had mud all over his boots. I politely asked the guy to detach his shoes before he walked through the house. I had the carpets replaced over the weekend and I did not want mud tracked all over the carpets. The first time the repair supplier walked through the house, he did detach his boots. Unfortunately, the minute time the repair supplier came into the house to work on the oil furnace, he forgot to detach his boots. He got mud all over the kitchen carpet. I saw 5 sets of footprints on the carpet and I went berserk. I found the repair supplier working on the oil furnace and I started yelling. I told the guy that I wasn’t paying for the oil furnace tune-up unless the company was going to pay to clean the carpets. The Heating and A/C repair supplier tried to apologize, but he knew he was wrong.
